Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.
All return requests must be submitted through our online return portal. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item, please submit a return request through our online return portal.
Claims for damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrectly received items must include clear photos showing the issue. Photos should clearly show the affected area of the product and, when applicable, the full item, including the design, color, size, or other relevant details, so we can properly review and verify the claim. Claims submitted without sufficient photographic evidence may be delayed or denied.
Approved claims for damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrectly received items will not be charged the $3.99 handling fee. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement or refund.
Other Returns
Returns for reasons not related to a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrectly received item—including change of mind, no longer wanting the item, or ordering the wrong size or color—are subject to a $3.99 handling fee.
The $3.99 handling fee will be deducted from your refund where applicable.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be available depending on product availability and the reason for the request. Exchanges requested because of customer preference, including selecting the wrong size or color, may be subject to the $3.99 handling fee and any other applicable return costs displayed in the return portal.
Return Shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs. Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed during the return process before the request is submitted.
Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and processed, refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable $3.99 handling fee and other applicable return costs.
Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund after it has been issued.
Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.
Additional Information
Ragnarok Anime reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the requirements of this policy, including items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned outside the applicable return window.
